Weekly Family Meal Plan 2017 Week 38
Happy Monday meal planners! If you are new here, welcome and I hope you find something that inspire you in the daily grind of planning and preparing meals for your family. If you are a faithful follower, thank you for being here and welcome back!
We have had a bout of summer-like weather around here as summer officially draws to a close, and it's made me not feel like cooking much. If you notice, I have two carry-overs from last week. That's the thing with meal planning, sometimes, things come up and that's okay. Because you have a plan, you're prepared. I simply shifted those things over and designed tonight's menu to use up some leftovers sitting in the the fridge.
My goal for this year is to keep it simple but not fall into a rut. I'd like to work in a weekly slow cooker or Instant Pot meal each week as well for those busy nights! Here's what we have planned for this week:
Monday - Quesadillas (chicken and steak)
Tuesday - Homemade Chicken Fingers and Broccoli
Wednesday - Ham Steak and Mac-n-Cheese
Thursday - BBQ Chicken Legs, Oven Baked Potatoes and Salad
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - YOYO (You're On Your Own)
Sunday - Family Dinner Out
