Weekly Meal Plan - Real Food for Real Families

Happy Monday everyone, I hope you had an enjoyable Thanksgiving Weekend (for my US readers). It truly is a long weekend of food and family for us, and it was wonderful and much needed. I also started to put Christmas up around here, I'm feeling ready. But my biggest Thanksgiving Weekend news, related to meal planning and food, is that I bought an Instant Pot.

Yep - the deals on Amazon were just too good to pass up, and my news feed on Facebook was full of people that already had one and loved it, or were contemplating buying it. So, never one to miss out on all the fun, I bit the bullet and purchased the 7-in-1. I'm not sure if I will get it operating in time for this week's menu, but I promise to share what I learn as I go along. If you have any favorite recipes or sources for ideas, I'd love you to share them.
