Meal Planning - 2016 Week 22
Happy Memorial Day! Even though it's a Holiday weekend, weekly meal planning must go on. Each Monday morning, I share my intentions for feeding my family for the week ahead. I get organized on Sundays and plan out a menu of mostly "real food" items. Over time, I've found this approach saves me both time AND money. I hope you take away some ideas and inspiration for your own weekly meal plan.
Keeping it easy this week with some family favorites and a rollover from last week that we didn't end up making. With the end of school in sight, I am looking forward to a more relaxed schedule and easier-going evenings. I don't know about you, but that after-school activities, homework, dinner time crunch is a real stress inducer!
Here's what we have planned for this week:
Monday - Happy Memorial Day - BBQ
Tuesday - Homemade Chicken Fingers, Fruit and Salad
Wednesday - Bruschetta Pasta that we didn't end up having last week with crusty bread
Thursday - Mini Meatloaves, Broccoli
Friday - Homemade Pizza Night
Saturday - Family Dinner Out
Sunday - Grilled Chicken Wings and Farmer's Market Pasta Salad
