Meal Planning - 2016 Week 20
It's Monday, and time for my weekly meal planning post. Every Monday, I share my intentions for feeding my family for the week. I get organized on Sundays and plan out a menu of mostly "real food" items. Over time, I've found this approach saves me both time AND money. I hope you take away some ideas and inspiration for your own weekly meal plan.
High School Lacrosse has come to an end for us this year, so our schedule is starting to slow down. This week I am planning a little bit of everything. I am hoping the weather holds, and I can put two of our favorites on the grill, a pork tenderloin and a flank steak. I'm making up a big bowl of my Farmer's Market Pasta Salad on Saturday. Not only will this make a great side for our burgers and dogs, but it can also be taken for lunch next week!
Here's what we have planned for this week:
Monday - Lacrosse Banquet
Tuesday - Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Rice Pilaf, Green Beans
Wednesday - Quick Dinner
Thursday - Flank Steak, Broccoli, Roasted Potatoes
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - Burgers and Dogs on the Grill with Farmer's Market Pasta Salad
Sunday - Graduation Party for a Friend
What are you planning for dinner this week? I'd love to comment here or join us over on Facebook for a discussion about what we're making for dinner this week.
