Meal Planning 2016 - Week 3
Welcome to my weekly meal planning post. Each week I share my intentions for feeding my family for the upcoming week. I take time each Sunday night to plan out a menu of mostly "real food" items, in an attempt for all of us to eat healthier. In the end, when we follow the plan, we do eat healthier and we save money besides. I hope you take away some ideas and inspiration for your own weekly meal plan.
We had our first snowfall of the season on Saturday, so I guess Winter is really here now. It's making me search for more hearty and soul-warming recipes to serve my family. This week we are having an old favorite, as well as trying a new recipe. I hope you find something here that will spark some inspiration for your own meal plan this week. Be sure to leave a comment here or on Facebook, to let me know what you're making!
Here's what I have planned for this week:
Monday - Honey Bacon Pork Tenderloin, Baked Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans
Tuesday - Crockpot Chili with Cornbread
Wednesday - Homemade Chicken Fingers and Cutlets, Caesar Salad
Thursday - Leftover Buffet (mom has a meeting)
Friday - Pizza Night with homemade dough (I use my bread machine)
Saturday - Family Dinner Out
Sunday - YOLO (You're On Your Own)
What are you making this week?
catch you soon -
