Menu Plan Monday - 2015 Week 50

Weekly Meal Plan - Real Food for Real Families

Welcome back to another weekly meal planning post. Each week I share my plan for nightly dinners for my family. We try to stick to as much real food as possible, meaning we cut down on processed items and increase vegetables where we can. But with two growing boys, it's not always easy.

We are in the home stretch of the year now, and schedules are filled with shopping, parties and holiday events. This is a pretty calm week, if you don't count my complete lack of Christmas preparedness and electrical issue in the dining room, but that's jut life right? Meal planning must go on.

Here's what I have planned for this week:

Monday - Mini Meatloaves, Scalloped Potatoes and Broccoli
Tuesday - Tortellini Soup, Salad and Crusty Bread
Wednesday - Homemade Chicken Tenders with Caesar Salad for adults and Fruit for kids
Thursday - Balsamic Glazed Salmon, Rice Pilaf and Peas
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - YOYO (You're On You're Own)
Sunday - Family Dinner Out

What's for dinner at your house this week?

  1. Glad I'm not the only one who throws in a YOYO day. Saturdays can get quite crazy.

  2. I tell myself every week I'm going to start menu planning. I feel like I have so much food that spoils before I use it. I'm sure this would be a great way to streamline your grocery list.

  3. I don't need to make a menu because I can just steal yours!!!! AND I love that your weekends are about eating out (take out) and relaxed

  4. Love the mini meatloaves idea. I'm going to try that one next week. (This week we're on a major leftovers mission!)
