Menu Plan Monday - 2015 Week 41

Weekly Meal Planning Ideas - Real Food for Real Families

Welcome back to another weekly meal planning post. Each week, I share some simple ideas for what to have for dinner. My philosophy is real food for real families. We are busy, we have a picky eater (or two), we are trying to eat healthier. All of those things can make dinnertime seem overwhelming, but I'm here to help with that.

This week, I'm leaving for the Type-A Conference in Atlanta, so the boys will be on their own for dinners for much of the week. My husband is a great cook, which means I don't have to pre-make meals, or jump through any hoops so they eat. What I do though, is I make sure I have plenty of things on-hand, so that he can whip up easy, yummy dinners for himself and the kids.

What's on our meal plan this week:

Monday - Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Tuesday - Mini Meatloaves, Broccoli (leftover mashed potatoes too)
Wednesday - YOYO (You're On Your Own) - Ingredients for Chicken Quesadillas
Thursday - YOYO - Ingredients for Spaghetti and meatballs
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - YOYO - Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, Baked Beans
Sunday - Mom's Home

What are you having for dinner this week?
