Menu Plan Monday - 2015 Week 28
Ahhhh. . . we just got off a week of vacation. While the relaxing and total lack of schedule and commitments was wonderful, not to mention having everyone home together, I have to admit to feeling a little relived that we are back into a six-week routine now. I found meal planning to be a real challenge when the days were our own, and there was no telling what adventure we'd be up to (or what we would feel like eating).
This week, we settle back into a work and camp routine, and I have a meal plan all organized. Here's what we have planned for dinner this week:
Monday - Grilled (or pan seared if it rains) Pork Chops, Apple Sauce and Broccoli
Tuesday - BBQ Chicken Legs and Grilled Romaine for BBQ Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps
Wednesday - Grilled Shrimp with Rice Pilaf
Thursday - Grilled Flank Steak and Baked Potatoes
Friday - MYO Pizzas on the Grill
Saturday -Family Night Out
Sunday -YOYO (Your On Your Own)/Leftover Buffet
