Menu Plan Monday - 2015 Week 23
Welcome back to another weekly meal plan, This is the time each week, that I share my plans of what to feed my family for diner for the upcoming week. We eat mostly "real food" - by that I mean I prepare almost all our meals from scratch - meaning I start from raw meat, vegetables and grains. Don't get me wrong - we eat American Cheese slices and cereal too - that's why I saw it's real food for real families. Because some days are just a little more "real" than others - right?
We're in the homestretch for the end of the school year now. I think we are all ready for the more laid-back schedule of summer vacation. This week's weather looks to be a bit of a mess, so I'm not planning to use the grill much, but I may change that if the weather changes.
Here's what we have planned for dinner this week:
Monday - BBQ Chicken Tacos (using leftover BBQ Chicken legs)
Tuesday - Salmon, Brown Rice and Spinach
Wednesday - Quick Dinner (Baseball Game & Essential Oil Workshop for mom)
Thursday - Paninis: Ham & Cheese, Tomato & Mozzarella (this is up in the air)
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - Leftover Buffet
Sunday - Homemade Cheesesteaks
