Menu Plan Monday - 2015 Week 21
Can you believe it's Monday again already? Welcome back for another weekly post of meal planning ideas. This is where I share real dinner ideas for real families (even ones with picky eaters). If it's your first visit, welcome and I hope you find something to make you own life just a little bit easier. If you're a returning reader - thank you so much for coming back!
Spring sports are finally winding down, the end of the school year is in sight, and we all have summer on our minds. This season, I'm planning to add more fruits, vegetables and lean grilled meats to our menus. It's tricky when one of your kids only eats hot dogs, nuggets and chicken fingers for their meats, and the other one only eats baked potatoes and onions for vegetables. But somehow, on these longer, lazier days of summer, we're going to figure this out!

Here's what we have planned for dinner this week:
Monday - Homemade Chicken Tenders for kids, Chicken Caesar Salads for grown-ups
Tuesday - Pan Steamed Dumplings, Cole Slaw and Vegetable Fried Rice
Wednesday - Boys Night - Mom has a work event
Thursday - Salmon over Spinach with Roasted Potatoes
Friday - Pizza Night. Homemade pizza with salad and ice cream for dessert!
Saturday - Leftover Buffet or YOYO
Sunday -Family Dinner Out - Monday is a Holiday
