Blame the weather, the change of season is always hard for me, when it's 85 one day and 70 the next. Somewhere between flip flops and boots, but I don't have any flats. Blerg.
Or days where all I am doing is shuffling kids around and working in my home office. Why bother wasting an outfit. Then when I DO have to get dressed for an outfit - I'm uninspired. I've worn it all before.
Before I share the one outfit you haven't seen before that I managed to put together this week, here are three tips to inspire you when you have nothing to wear:
- Check out Pinterest. Just browse Women's Fashion, check out your favorite Fashion Blogger's Boards, or search for the one piece you're sure you want to wear (Chambray Shirt).
- Shop your closet. While you are standing in front of your closet - take out a piece you want to wear and try to build an outfit around it that you've not put together before.
- Tried and true. If you are really stuck, go with something that makes you feel pretty. I know you've worn it a million times, but it's more about how you feel than how you look (for reals!)
Jeans - New from Ann Taylor
T-Shirt - Lands End
Scarf - Talbot's
Bag - Kate Spade
Shoes - New from Target
What are you wearing this week?
catch you soon -
