Menu Plan Monday - 2014 Week 13
Getting organized to make my weekly meal plan was NOT easy this weekend. Winter weather is coming back, and both kids have activities this week. Did I mention that I am part of a #FitPowerClub on Facebook, so I have the additional challenge of making the meals healthy enough for me? (you can follow along with us using the #FitPowerClub hashtag)
I am searching for easy and quick meals for my kids (think ham and cheese pinwheels). What are your favorite "quick" meals? Maybe even something "to-go" in the car, that doesn't involve clowns? I know plenty of you run to swim meets, soccer games and gymnastics!
With a bag of leftover soup in my freezer, I filled out this week's plan like this:
Monday- Spaghetti and Meatballs, Salad, Rolls
Tuesday - Taco Tuesday, Guacamole, Corn
Wednesday - Shrimp Soup, Salad (Leftovers for kids)
Thursday - Quick Dinner (Band Practice)
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday and Sunday - TBD
