Menu Plan Monday - 2013 Week 40
Our schedule is moving from frantic back to the normal fall busyness this week, and I am so relieved.
Of course, just as I'm ready to fully embrace fall, we're having some warm afternoons with temperatures pushing 80 again. I'm going to try and not heat up the house with a running oven, but still maintain a fall-feel for our menu.
Monday - Chicken Soup (using leftover chicken)
Tuesday - Sloppy Joe's
Wednesday - Tortellini (perhaps a primavera, which I know, is spring-like)
Thursday - Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday & Sunday - TBD/Leftover Buffet
Simple, low-mess dishes that don't require a lot of prep, since the kids are usually doing homework while I am cooking dinner.
Do you start your meals ahead of time? Or wait until "dinner time" to get started?

I wish I was organized enough to start my dinners early. I never start cooking until I get hungry, which often results in me having a snack while cooking a meal. :)
