Menu Plan Monday - 2013 Week 22
Today is Memorial Day and really kicks off summer. Mother Nature must agree because temperatures are supposed to soar into the high 80s this week, maybe even hitting 90. I am not fan of a hot kitchen, so hot and sultry temps will make me even less likely to want to cook this week. We also have a busy start to the week, so here's what I have planned:
Monday - Farmstand Pasta Salad (I made some Farfalle pasta and threw in all the leftover veggies I had in the fridge - cherry toms, snap peas, asparagus & some red onion, then topped it with a drizzle of Italian dressing.
Tuesday - BBQ Chicken with leftover Pasta Salad
Wednesday- BLT's
Thursday- Tortellini with Sauce
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday & Sunday - TBD

Your menu plan sounds delicious. Especially the BLTs. I made some for my husband and son this weekend. They're always a special treat.
