Menu Plan Monday - 2013 Week 14
Here it is - Spring. The weather is still not fully cooperating, but baseball must go on, so we are adapting our Spring schedule of lighter and easier meals, despite the stubborn chill in the air. I am also resolving to improve my "focus", and pull out some of my cookbooks for new ideas.
Here's what I have planned for this week:
Monday - Easter Dinner Leftovers (Ham Sandwiches and Manicotti) - Grab-n-Go for Baseball
Tuesday - Roast Chicken
Wednesday - Pasta with Broccoli
Thursday - Mini Meatloaves with a Vegetable & Potatoes - Grab-n-Go for Baseball
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Hot Dogs and Burgers on the Grill - weather permitting
Sunday - Leftover Buffet
The Mini Meatloaves may not seem like a Grab-n-Go meal, but I can make them late in the afternoon, so they are ready when we are, before we head off to baseball. Baseball will be three times a week or more this season, so I'm scouring for quick meals or things I can make early in the day and heat up before we go. Would love your ideas!
