I finally feel like it's Fall . . .I'm in full-on pumpkin mode and running my oven warms up my downstairs just enough to take the late afternoon chill off.
Here's what's on the meal plan for this week:
Monday -
Ravioli, salad and garlic rolls
Tuesday -
Quinoa w Leftover Roast Chicken and Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday - Baked Salmon over creamed Spinach
Thursday - Pork Tenderloin with Butternut Squash
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday & Sunday - TBD
