The summer is flying by. Both kids are in camp and loving it. Since the stores are telling us that it's Back To School Time already, we've been previewing backpacks and getting some of our school supplies when I see them on sale.
Are you fully in summer mode or already looking ahead to Fall?
This week's menu is all summer:
Monday - Mom's going out so it's Nuggets and Mac-n-Cheese for the kiddos
Tuesday - Grilled Salmon with Citrus (we never had this form last week)
Wednesday - Pasta but not sure how just yet.
Thursday - Grilled Chicken - perhaps marinated in yogurt, with corn and a salad on the side.
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday & Sunday - To Be Determined.
