menu plan Monday





It's a busy week around these parts. . .add that to my lingering un-inspiration. . .and menu planning is quickly becoming one of my toughest chores. (but I keep up with it better than I do the floors and the bathrooms!)


here's the plan for this week:


Monday - Pasta with meatballs, Garlic Rolls & Salad
Tuesday - Chicken in a Pot, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Wednesday - Leftovers or Mac and Cheese (mom is going out)
Thursday - Meatloaf, Green Beans and Sweet Potato Fries
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday & Sunday - TBD - Ryan has placed an order for Burgers

  1. I eat so much better when I meal plan so I try to at least have the next few days planned out. I always have the same thing for breakfast (scrambled eggs with spinach and a grapefruit), lunch is leftovers, so that just leaves dinner!

    Monday - dinner with friends
    Tuesday - stuffed peppers
    Wednesday - eggplant and marinara
    Thursday - salmon and brussel sprouts
    Friday - egg drop soup

  2. I need to start doing this! I feel it will motivate me to start making meals by having a plan in motion instead of sitting there wondering what I should make every night ;) Great dinners, they look delicious!

    1. Thank you - I learned long ago - it is the ONLY way I avoid eating junk all week and it is also saving on throwing stuff away.
