. . .i am processing a lot of information about food right now - due in large part to hearing Robyn O'Brien speak today at an event sponsored by Stonyfield. I have not read her book - yet . . .but I visited her blog and bookmarked it for more studying.
I came home and checked our milk - it's not organic, but it's iBST free. . .I am seeing organic milk in our future, although we drink about 3 gallons a week.
I thought about what I was going to make for dinner tonight - I already had a ham selected. . .but I paired it with baby spinach and couscous - Owen had berries and couscous.
Robin talked a lot about balancing and the 80/20 rule. . .I think this is something I can work with. For instance, trying to buy organic dairy since we consume a LOT of milk, yogurt and cheese.
Stay tuned because i have a feeling this is the first of many posts on our journey to better eating.

I can't stop thinking about the things that Robyn said either. We're definitely starting with organic milk!
ReplyDeleteI, too, am processing a lot of information since hearing Robyn speak. I find myself constantly looking at food ingredients and either throwing away the package (if it's at home) or shelving it (if it's at the store).
