so last week's menu plan only half worked out - we had a virus relapse with Ryan and that threw the end of the week off. . .so I'm re-purposing them for this week.
Monday - Easy Baked Ziti
Tuesday - Chicken Cutlets with Herb Butter and Mixed Veggies
Wednesday - Chicken Soup, Crusty Bread & Salad (soup is frozen from a few weeks ago)
Thursday - Skillet Shrimp and Couscous
Friday - Take out or Leftovrs
Saturday - TBD (maybe Burgers and Dogs if it's nice)
Sunday - TBD
so there's a loose plan for the week - and I am also attempting to put my cleaning schedule into place - today is Kitchen day. =)
