so here it is - another Monday. . .but Spring is finally knocking at the door. . .and I'm feeling a renewed sense of accommplishment.
i whipped out my GO Mom Weekly Planner this morning and in 10 minutes charted out my week AND my menu plan. (with a little help from Martha Stewart and Everyday Food)
Monday - Crustless Broccoli-Cheddar Quiches (or omelets for kiddos)
Tuesday - Orrechette with Sausage and Roasted Peppers
Wednesday - Chicken Cutlets with Herb Butter
Thursday - Skillet Shrimp and Couscous
Friday - Take Out or Leftovers
Saturday - Dinner with my parents
Sunday - TBD
So there we go - a week of "real" relatively healthy and nutritious meals. . .what's on your plan?

Hmmm, you got me thinking about my meals for the week. Good ideas here. I just bought a ton of roasted red peppers and now I have a good idea of how to use them. Thank you.
