my favorite fairytale of all time though, was that of Charles and Diana. . .I was obsessed - I clipped pictures and articles from magazines and newspapers as if they were my close personal friends.

i chronicled it all in my tweenage years. . .the day they married, July 29, 1981 - I was riveted to the television . . . the dress, the flower girls, the HATS - it was all amazing.
i pretty much had a fascination with British Royalty after that. . .watching their budding marriage, the birth of their children, her climb to supreme fashionista and philanthropist. . .in time, the fall from grace. . .but I always admired her and cried the day I heard she died. Such a tradgedy for England, William and Harry.
Today I heard about William and Kate. . .and all my memories of Charles and Diana came crashing back. I wish William and Kate every happiness in the world - I think his mother would be proud of him. I can't help but wonder if there will be another fairytale wedding to watch. . .know this - I will watch =)
