four years ago today, in the wee small hours of the morn, (in time for his brother to make it to school that day) this little man made us a family of four.
and i became even more outnumbered as the only girl in the family. i was always such a girlie-girl, that i thought i wanted a baby girl - to dress in pink and play with Barbie . . .but I LOVE being a mom to boys.
this boy is so funny and smart. he learns stuff from his big brother every day (whether it's stuff we want him to learn or not). he's kind and curious and completely lovable.
he's still chubby and cuddly and has the softest little boy skin i've ever felt. his big blue eyes - so like his dad's and big brother's make my heart melt.
i love my kids with a fierceness even I don't fully understand - i hope someday Owen understands how complete he made me and our family.
