Crafty Cooking - Back to School Cookies

Monday is my day at home with Owen - we typically go grocery shopping. . .but today I didn't do a Menu Plan Monday, and we are winging it.

We were feeling "crafty" though - and Owen wanted to make these. . .

I'm not gonna lie, place and bake are not my favorite snack to serve as a mom. But my kids love them, so I am happy to get them as an occasional fun thing to do and treat.  They are easy, no-mess and even the smallest toddlers can place the cookie rounds on a cool cookie sheet.

Back to school is still 3 weeks away for us - but these happy little cookies are helping us get in the mood.
