okay - i sat down with my GO MOM! Weekly Planner this morning and filled in my Menu Minder grid. Here's what I came up with:
Monday - Rotisserie Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Tuesday - Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad & Garlic Bread
Wednesday - Flank Steak, Fingerling Potatoes & a veggie (to be determined by what looks good)
Thursday - Chicken and Cheese Quesedillas (using leftover chicken)
Friday - Pizza Night
Saturday - unknown
Sunday - Burgers and Hot Dogs on the grill
