today is my brother's birthday - so HAPPY BIRTHDAY Joe!
wish i could be there to wish you a happy day in person - owen wants to make sure you have cake, because in his words, you have to have cake on a birthday.
know that i love you and despite not wanting to stop playing and come home when mommy and daddy brought you home from the hospital. . .i am truly happy that they did - you make all our lives just a little bit brighter and a little bit better by being a part of them.
