. . .so this is just about it. . .the holidays are almost officially over. . .we still have presents strewn about the living room, but once 2009 hits, i get serious about uncluttering and organizing. . .i've been trying to enjoy the season this year. . .the kids have relaxed and played with their new toys, and for the most part, john and i have enjoyed watching them and playing along. . .
but i have to admit, that type-a in me is already looking ahead to 2009. . .anticipating changes and "resolutions" and desires for the new year. . .
simplify. . .my word for 2008. . .i may not have hit it out of the park, but i think i successfully simplified some parts of my life and my home. . .i have a good idea of what my word for 2009 will be. . .
