. . .john and i make a point of taking the kids to vote with us. we've been taking ryan since he was owen's size. i hope this instills in him how important our right to vote is. despite the ugly adds and phone calls, the mudslinging and the corruption. . .the right to cast that vote should be precious to us all. and when we cast that vote, we should consider what issues are important to us and to our families. who are the candidates that will ensure safety and security for all those little feet yet to grow up.

What a fine young man! He will be a good example for his school mates. I have some girls that we can match him with in later years.
